Any female students interested in a career path in science, technology, engineering, and math might want to consider registering for the April "Taking the Road Less Traveled Career Conference for Girls" sponsored by the Iowa State University's Program for Women in Science and Engineering. More than 2,500 individuals participate in this program each year. The participants will be attending career sessions that will incorporate a hands-on activity or laboratory tour. The conference is April 11th and is accepting registrations on a first come first serve basis.
