Professor Clarence Griep taught US History and Government at the University of Dubuque in the 60's and 70's until his untimely death. He was a strong advocate for world peace, tolerance and fairness. One graduating senior from each Dubuque Country high school will received a $200 scholarship based on the application. Applications are due March 31st and award winners will be announced at our Awards Ceremony in May.
