Exploring Engineering - St. Ambrose

The St. Ambrose University Engineering department will host our 16th semi-annual event
Exploring Engineering: Engineering and the Medical Field
Friday, March 28, 2014
5:30-7:30 p.m.
Rogalski Center, St. Ambrose University
In addition to informal conversations with engineers from industry, there will be brief presentations in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Information about College Admissions and Financial Aid. The event is free, includes pizza for dinner, and open to high school or community college students and their guests. Please RSVP by Wednesday, March 26.
NEW! Make a day of it at St. Ambrose and take advantage of the SAU Admission Office’s Junior Preview Day on Friday before the event. Learn about admission processes, participate in a faculty and staff panel discussion, and get a tour of campus. In the afternoon, tour area engineering companies before coming to Exploring Engineering.
And then join us for the first-ever Engineering Overnight (completely optional but so much fun!). Come visit campus for a night and learn more about St. Ambrose University and Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Participate in hands-on engineering activities, check out the engineering labs and facilities, and have fun with current engineering students. Registration and parental permission is required.
Exploring Engineering at SAU Overnight
Friday, March 28-Saturday, March 29
7:30 p.m. Friday-1 p.m. Saturday
If you are unable to attend, consider inviting us to your school to discuss opportunities in engineering. We have designed a 1-hour, hands-on, interactive program to get students thinking about engineering as a career. Alternatively, we’d be glad to arrange a campus visit to see our facilities and talk to our students and faculty. Please contact me if you are interested.
Thanks for your time, and hope to see you there!
