Interested in earning money for college? Distinguished Young Women of Iowa is an official state preliminary of Distinguished Young Women, a national scholarship program that promotes and rewards scholarship, leadership and talent in young women. In addition to earning scholarships for college, those who participate in the Distinguished Young Women program develop friendships, self-confidence and other life skills that pave the way for future success. The Distinguished Young Women experience is open to every eligible young woman and there is no cost to participate.

Participants are judged on 5 categories Scholarship, Interview, Self-Expression, Fitness, & Talent State Finals are held in Coralville, IA in March Nationals are hosted in Mobile, AL in June Register by November 1st!
ALL STATE PARTICIPANTS WILL COMPETE FOR A SHARE OF MORE THAN $5,000, AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPRESENT IOWA AT DYW NATIONALS
