college students interested in law school
WHEN: 4:00 - 5:30 p.m., Monday,
March 2, 2015
WHERE: A.Y. McDonald Lobby, Heritage
Center, University of Dubuque Campus
DETAILS: Representatives
from the University of Iowa Law School as well as current University of Iowa
Law School students will discuss the entrance requirements, application
process, and cost, as well as the law student experience. This is
a great opportunity for prospective undergraduate students and current college
students to learn more about the University of Iowa Law program and law school
admission in general.
University of Dubuque has partnered with University
of Iowa Law School to create the Iowa Law 3+3 Program which allows University
of Dubuque undergraduate students in their junior year of study to apply for
admission to Iowa Law’s Juris Doctor (JD) Program.
College students should assemble in A.Y McDonald
Lobby just before the program starts at 4:00 p.m.
High school seniors should
check-in at the Office of Admission, Charles and Romona Myers Center, before
3:30 p.m. These students will be escorted to the event by admission staff
and student ambassadors.
